For anyone who cleans production lines in food and drink
"These 12 simple checks make your cleaning shorter and cheaper every day, while your food stays just as safe"
A free guide from our own lab. You run the checks on your own line, at your own pace. Most teams find 2 or 3 within a week that save time and money right away.

Same line, different chemical

Left: build-up your standard chemical leaves behind. Right: the same spot after one cycle with the right chemical.
Why you clean too long every day (and why nobody sees it)
Look at your panel tonight. The clock counts down. Four more minutes of rinsing.
Put a meter next to it. It says something else. It says: this pipe is already clean.
Yet the pump keeps running. Water through it. Power through it. Time gone. Every cycle. Every shift. Every day.
Why? Because someone set that time once. Years ago. That person may not even work there anymore. But their clock is still on. And you pay for it every day.
This is only check 1 of 12. Below you can see where more money leaks away.
Not sure yet which product you need?
Tell us what you clean and what is on it. Our specialist looks at it with you and sends a sample with dosing advice.
What is in it for you?
Shorter cleaning
Every minute you cut is a minute of extra production. Every day again.
Less chemical
No more dosing just to be safe. Measure and use exactly enough.
Less water and power
Shorter rinsing and smart reuse. You see it back on the bill.
Product stays safe
You change one thing at a time. And you measure it after. That way everything stays provably safe.
The 12 checks: each one hits a spot where money leaks away
Everyone thinks: longer rinsing is safer. But grime does not leave because of extra minutes. Grime leaves because of the right chemical, the right force and the right heat. The time is only the safety net.
We make cleaning chemicals for factories, in our own lab. There we see the same thing every week: almost every line leaks money in the same 12 spots. Those 12 are now in a free guide. In plain words. Per check it says: what you look at, how you measure it, and what it saves.
Inside the guide you will find:
- Check 1: the meter that tells you when you can stop rinsing. It often already hangs on your line. Almost no one uses it.
- Check 3: the extra scoop just to be safe, times 3 shifts, times 365 days. How you take it out without cleaning less.
- Check 5: rinse too short between two steps and the second step does nothing. Checking takes 1 minute.
- Check 7: the cleaning step that runs for nothing every cycle in most factories. And how you prove you can skip it.
- Check 9: turn the water 2 degrees warmer and the clock can come down a notch. Measurable, and your audit will not mind.
- Check 11: why your reading spikes after a product change while no one touched the cleaning. Plus the 3 numbers you use to close out safely.
What the people who tried it say
Our customers are factories all over the Netherlands. We keep their company names private, that is part of doing business. You may read their words.
“We rinsed minutes too long every cycle. Nobody ever thought about it. After the lab test we switched. The swab still comes back clean.”
“They did not show up with a stack of folders. They asked: what is your grime? Send it over. Two weeks later there was a sample that simply worked.”
“Our acid step ran every single cycle. Turned out it was needed 1 in 3 times. I would never have dared to change that without their measuring plan.”
“Honestly, I thought: another supplier. But the sample was truly made for our grime. It worked better than the brand we had been stuck with for years.”
“Half an hour on the phone. I got a plan I could run with myself. Became a customer months later. Nobody chased me with calls.”
“We run 7 days a week. One Saturday we sat without chemical. They brought a drum the same day. You do not forget that.”
An honest letter from the our lab bench
Dear professional,
We are a Dutch factory. Our place smells of chemistry. We make cleaning chemicals, every day, for years.
Every week people send us their grime. Milkstone. Burnt sugar. Biofilm from a bend the spray ball just misses. In our lab we work out which chemical dissolves it. That is our trade.
And in all those years we kept seeing the same thing. Factories pay too much. Not because their chemical is bad. But because nobody measures when clean is truly clean.
We always gave that knowledge away to customers. Now we put it in a free guide, for everyone.
Why free? Simple. We hope that after reading you think: if their free guide is this good, what would their chemical do? That is our whole business model. Now you know the motive, and you can read the guide in peace.
The Cleanline teamOur own factory and lab
Honest: our chemical is often not the cheapest per litre.
We are open about that. A drum from us sometimes costs more than the drum you work with now.
But you do not pay per litre. You pay per clean cycle. A chemical made for your grime finishes faster, with less product and less water.
Do the math. Fifteen minutes less cleaning per day is over 90 hours of production per year. Per line. What does one hour of downtime cost you? Then you know what the lowest litre price really costs.
That is why we let you test for free first. Your own numbers convince better than we do.
How one customer did it
A drink factory in Brabant won back 40 minutes a day
A drink factory with 3 lines ran the 12 checks. They found 4 that hit home. The rinsing ran on the reading instead of the clock. And the acid step turned out to be needed only 1 in 3 cycles. Do the math: 40 minutes a day is over 160 hours of production a year.
“We thought our cleaning was already tight. Within a week we found 4 points. It had been there all along.”

Questions we hear a lot
Yes, because you cut nothing blind. You put a reading next to it and you only stop when it shows clean. You change one thing at a time and you measure it after. Everything stays within the rules that are already approved. That is the heart of the guide.
No. You test your current values again within the band that is already approved. Every change you verify with ATP, swabs or conductivity, and QA signs off. The validation stays in place.
A simple conductivity meter on your return is enough to see the biggest gain. The guide shows where you place it and what the baseline is. Often the meter is already somewhere on your line.
Do you make food or drink and have lines or tanks that need to be cleaned in place? Then yes. The guide is for the people who run the cleaning: quality, engineering, production and purchasing.
The guide is free and the test sample too. You are tied to nothing. You read the guide, you test what you want, you decide. We only earn when you become a customer later.
P.S. Still in doubt? Reading takes you 15 minutes. Most teams find 2 or 3 points within a week that pay off right away. Doing nothing costs you those same points every single day.
P.P.S. You get the guide straight in your inbox. No calls after. We supply companies, so we only ask for your email and your company name.
